ZestyJobs makes it easy to store, find, and manage the large amount of information needed to run your business.
Built-in Address Book
ZestyJobs has a built-in address book providing all of the information needed to contact your customers, suppliers, subcontractors, etc. You can even designate specific suppliers for each job.
Contacts can be organized by categories — such as customers, suppliers, or employees — to help you quickly find the information needed! Multiple entries for each business contact can also be provided, such as owner, sales manager, service manager, office manager, etc.
Best of all, you can get started right away! ZestyJobs allows you to import your current address book from a wide variety of sources, including Microsoft Outlook, Google Contacts, Apple Address Book, and even Excel spreadsheets.
Contract Job & Service Call Status
Keep track of an unlimited number of jobs, both open and closed, through ZestyJobs. Job information can include:
- Detailed description of the jobs
- Automatic Job Numbering
- Progress status of a job, along with start and end dates
- Revenue & Cost tracking
- Employees assigned to a job
- Partners, suppliers, and vendors associated with a project
- Tag jobs with Types to help organize projects
- Tasks and notes associated with the job (see below)
Notes
Notes keep track of all information that doesn't fit into predefined fields within ZestyJobs. Notes are searchable to retrieve specific information from the past.
Notes can also contain formatted text, including font color, lists, and other information.
Both Contacts and Jobs can have unlimited notes attached to them.
Tasks
Each Task has a priority status, progress meter, and due date, and can be assigned to more than one user.
Tasks can also be assigned a due date, and have one or more alarms triggered as a reminder. Alarms can be notices in the application, or sent as an email to the assigned user(s).
Both Contacts and Jobs can have unlimited tasks attached to them.
Designed for Multiple Users
A ZestyJobs account can have two or more users accessing the same information. The owner of the company has complete control over the account, but can limit other users to specific access and security levels.
Advanced Web Application
Because you aren't always in your office, ZestyJobs has been designed to be accessible from anywhere. As long as you have access to an internet connection and a supported web browser, your information is available to you.
ZestyJobs looks and feels like an in-house desktop application. There's no long wait for page loads or clicking through lists of jobs to find the one you want. Searching is real-time, and almost instantaneous.
You can also right-click on many items, and bring up a list of commands, just like a normal application. Extended details of contacts and jobs are availble simply by selecting them — no need to constantly flip between different screens.
Secure Access
The connection between your computer and ZestyJobs is always encrypted, ensuring that your customer's information is secure. Secure hosting also helps protect ZestyJobs users from password theft.
Every ZestyJobs account is also given a unique, private domain name. You can choose one for yourself, or one is created based on your company's name.
ZestyJobs Grows With You
