Supported Browser Configurations

Most modern web browsers will work with ZestyJobs. Not every browser configuration is tested, however, so to ensure the best possible experience, please see below.

Fully Supported Browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 8, or Internet Explorer 7
    Note: Internet Explorer 8 performs much better than version 7, and is recommended whenever possible.
  • FireFox 3 or newer — Available for almost all operating systems.
  • Safari 3 or newer — Included with every Apple Macintosh computer.
  • Google Chrome — Highly recommended in place of Internet Explorer on Windows PCs.

Unsupported but partially or mostly working browsers:

  • FireFox 2: Some visual elements may be incorrect under this browser.
  • Opera 9 or newer: Opera has some problems with visual layout, and context menus do not work. For the best experience please use one of the supported browsers above.
  • In general, any variation on one of the core browsers above should work.
    For example, Fluid is based on Safari, and allows ZestyJobs to run as a "standalone" application on Mac OS X (internet access is still required).

Browser that are known to not work:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or older
  • Firefox 1.5 or older

If your browser is not listed here, you will not be prevented from attempting to run the application. If you experience difficulties, please let us know.

In addition to using a supported browser, you may also need to check the browser's settings:

  • Cookies must be enabled. They are only used to securely verify your login, and store settings (such as the application layout).
  • JavaScript must be enabled.
  • If you have an adblocker, you should add your custom domain to the whitelist. Advertisements are never shown on ZestyJobs.
