Supported Browser Configurations

Most modern web browsers will work with ZestyJobs. Not every browser configuration is tested, however, so to ensure the best possible experience, please see below.

Fully Supported Browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 8, or Internet Explorer 7
    Note: Internet Explorer 8 performs much better than version 7, and is recommended whenever possible.
  • FireFox 3 or newer
    Available for almost all operating systems.
  • Safari 3 or newer
    Included with every Apple Macintosh computer.
  • Google Chrome
    Highly recommended in place of Internet Explorer on Windows PCs.
  • Opera 10.5 or newer
    Opera is a great alternative to Internet Explorer, and is available for older computers.

Unsupported but partially or mostly working browsers:

  • FireFox 2
    Some visual elements may be incorrect under this browser.
  • Opera 9, Opera 10.0
    Older versions of Opera have some problems with visual layout, and context menus do not work. For the best experience please upgrade to Opera 10.5 or newer.
  • In general, any variation on one of the fully-suported browsers above should work.
    For example, Fluid is based on Safari, and allows ZestyJobs to run as a "standalone" application on Mac OS X (internet access is still required).

Browser that are known to not work:

If your browser is not listed here, you will not be prevented from attempting to run the application. If you experience difficulties, please let us know.

In addition to using a supported browser, you may also need to check the browser's settings:

  • Cookies must be enabled. They are only used to securely verify your login, and store settings (such as the application layout).
  • JavaScript must be enabled.
  • If you have an adblocker, you should add your custom domain to the whitelist. Advertisements are never shown on ZestyJobs.
